Publication Fee
The Andalas Obstetrics and Gynecology Journal (AOJ) is an open-access journal that applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with manuscript processing, peer review, editing, publication, and long-term archiving. This policy ensures that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees.

Submission Fee: No fee is charged at the submission stage.

Review Fee: No fee is charged during the peer-review process.

Publication Fee (APC): Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to pay a fee of IDR 1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

Access Fee: All articles are published under an open-access model and are freely accessible online.
Payment Information
Details regarding payment methods and instructions will be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript. Payment must be completed before the article proceeds to the final production stage.
Waivers and Discounts
AOJ may consider partial or full waivers for authors with demonstrated financial limitations or those affiliated with institutions in low- or middle-income countries. Requests for waivers should be submitted to the editorial office during the review process. Decisions on waivers do not influence editorial decisions, which are made solely based on the academic merit of the submission.
